I purchased a Blackberry 9320 on contract at the MTN store in Wynberg and its only 2 weeks old but its been giving me endless problems as I can't download or stream. I called technical support and customer care countless times who all couldn't help me. I was then told that its an entry level phone and therefore couldn't do what I require. I am furious as this wasn't communicated to me at the time of purchase and I want to cancel the contract as I've been running up and down and got no assistance what so ever, I've been given a lot of excuses and the phone is new and still has the wrapping on it and I refuse to pay a cancellation fee cause it looks like they stalling the process. I am unhappy with the service.
