My complaint is directed at Cell C technical staff that do repairs to cellphones. I sent my blackberry for repairs as it would not switch on. It was working fine until it froze. BBM etc were working fine. I had to wait 10 weeks to get it back and each week was a different story. Once I got the phone back, I had all sorts of problems: phone battled to switch on, BBM wasn't registered and signal was so bad I couldn't even browse!!!
Cell C Eastgate Branch could not even help me and referred me to the Blackberry Department, They were then able to help me with 2 things. Since then I've had endless issues with the phone.
What the devil were they doing???
Not a very happy customer and I'm considering moving to MTN as they have better service and support teams. Every time I phone Customer Care and complain, they tell me its the phone that's faulty..!!! Half the time its there problem...!!!
