I got a contract with cell c on the 31 July 2013 and returned the phone back on the 5 Aug 2013 because the phone had issues and they said they will book it in for repairs. On the 29 Au 2013 i told the i need to cancel the contract because it didnt make sense that i have to use a phone that went to repairs hardly 5 days after purchase. Ntswaki store manager at randburg square told me that it will take about 30 days for it to be cancelled, she never mentioned anything about cancellation fee. On the 2 of Aug 2013 i made a payment of R133 because my other lines were suspended and the said that the money will be returned back to me. During the month I called the customer care to check the process of the cancellation they gave me these ref:3082901778;3082902304;3082901973;3091300615. On the 1st of Oc 2013 the debited my account again R128.23 for a phone that I have cancelled. I called the customer care again they took me from pillar to post said that to need to go back to the store again to check. Went there today on 3rd of Oct Ntswaki now only tells me i need to pay a cancellation fee. Why should i pay fees for i phone i only had for less that 7 days and why was this not communicated?
