I got the new blackberry 9720 from Autopage Cape gate Brackenfell. 2weeks of having it it started giving me problems. I took it back an requested a new phone, I waited 3weeks 2 receive a new blackberry 9720. 1 week later of having the new phone I went back in store with same inquiries because the blackberry 9720 was giving the same problems, I waited 2 weeks an received new blackberry 9720 1 week later I was back at the store with same problems. I requested 2 get a different phone, I waited 2weeks to get a response. Their response was that I could get a different phone but I would have 2 pay in R2000 cause they refuse to close that contract an start a new 1. I requested that they split the R2000 over the months cause I did not have R2000 an it wasn't my fault that the people that work at the store didn't report on time what was going on. Now they let me know my request was not excepted an there's nothing they can do. This is unexceptable. I have been stil paying for a phone which I did not have. I'm highly disappointed an very unhappy about this. Been with autopage for over 5years. This is really pathetic an unexceptable. The people have more smoke breaks than helping the clients
