I did contact MTN to follow up on the complain Iodged on 16 July. They gave me an Reference number and informed me that I must follow up. So this morning I phoned and till my suprise nothing was done about my enquiry. I was informed that when the consultants lodge a complain they do it by sending a mail to the department that need to give attention to the enuiry. To my suprise I was told that I won't beable to contact them as they only communicate internally with mails. I was suppose to upgrade but to my suprise I was told that I'm only can upgrade Sept. I explained that I have the copy of the signed contract with me and that shows that I upgrade on 02 July 2011. That meens that I already could have upgrade. Now I'm asking what is so difficult to fix the problem. As the first complain I lodge they told me they can see I did upgrade on 02 July 2011. Really thats not they way to deal with any client. It doesn't help you phone and everytime you get a new reference number without sorting the problem. Please sort this asap.
