This is a last resort after all the bad service, I received from your call centre staff. I purchased a sim card at Jet Mart Mabopane from one of your representatives named Refilwe, she offered the R33.00 sim for R150 worth of airtime every month for the next 6 months. This seemed too good to be true so I asked again but she was adamant. She showed me the R150 credit on the sim for the 1st month. When the 2nd month came I only got R50 credit. This was not what was sold to me neither what I bought into. I contacted your call centre and lodged a complaint. No one called back. Called a second time spoke to a lady whose name I didn't get before she hung up on me. I called your head office, the first person I spoke to transferred me without even telling me. Next spoke to a Tamara Moimi who wasn't very helpful, who called one of your managers, Ruth Mnisi. After the trouble of repeating, she was very abrupt and borderline rude, that is not the tone used to speak to clients. What resonates throughout this is your staff's ineptitude, lack of professionalism and general lack of simple manners.

I won't renew my subscription for obvious reasons but you will still have bad staff, do something!
