RUDE AGENT AND SUPERVISER

I HAD MY PHONE AND I HAD TO DO A SIM SWAP WITH RMCS, I TRIED TO CALL THE ON TUESDAY BUT THE PHONE KEPT RINGING FOR MORE THAT 30 MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER, YESTERDAY I CALLED AGAIN AND I SPOKE TO BOBO 1 OF THE AGENTS AND HE JUST ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 48 HRS I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I CANT WAIT THAT LONG AS IM USING THE NUMBER TO PERFORM MY DAILY DUTIES AND BECAME RUDE TELLING ME HE CANT HELP ME, I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND I SPOKE TO BONGANI AND HE TOOK MY NUMBER AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK, I ASKED HIM TO ALSO FORWARD ME MY ITEMIZED BILLING STATEMENT HE SAID THEY GONNA CHARGE FOR THAT AND HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW BUT HE WILL CALL ME .AFTER AN HOUR HE PHONE ME AND TOLD ME THAT SOME1 WILL CALL ME ABT THE SIM SWAP AND WHEN I TRIED TO ASK HIM ABT THE STATEMENT HE JUST HANG UP, I CALLED AGAIN AND I SPOKE TO BOBO AGAIN AND HE GAVE ME SUCH ATTITUDE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM IF THAT HOW HE SPEAKS TO CLIENTS HE HUNG UP, ITS NOT THE 1ST TIME I RECEIVE BAD SERVICE FROM RMCS AND AND THESE COMPANY IS CONTRACTED TO BIG COMPANY TO OFFER US SERVICE I THINK ITS ABT TIME THE SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SOMETHING COS WE AS CLIENT WE ARE NOT HAPPY IM TAKING THIS FURTHER EVEN TO THE MEDIA
