Dear RMCS

I lodged a complainant few days ago regarding RMCS contract and a lady by the name of Ruth contacted me to discuss the complainant and told me that I have a contract with RMCS which will end in October 2014 and I told her that I can't wait that long because I need to use my BIS and that's when she told me that I have to pay R360.00 to cancel the contract which I gladly agreed to, today I called the call centre requesting for the banking details that Ruth gave me because I lost them only to find out that from a guy whose name I forgot that I don't have to pay anything to cancel my contract. I don't know who is telling the truth so I request that I get assisted on this matter because I am now confused and I need this contract cancelled immediately
