I ordered a phone on the 16th, it was released on the 17th, phoned them Friday, i nformed that it was sent to the courier company and delivery should be around Monday 21. Phoned again now, got an order number and tel number for Ram. Phoned Ram and they dont know anyhting about it, cant find the order number. Phoned Vodacom again and was advised that there was no waybill number created, it needs to be resubmitted, but cant as there is a system error and now no one can help. I can go fetch it myself but have to clear it with Ram, how do i do that if they cant find it on their system. Can this please be sorted out.
