My phone was supposed to be cancelled on the 19 January 2013 after long and shocking service from Autopage. This is still not happened even though I have called several times to enquire why. I have also just received my bill which shows text message buddle charged for which I cancelled in January 2012!!! And BBM service charged for which was free with the contract. Making my bill over R100 more this month. And I am now sure u are going to try and charge me for the phone from the 19 - 22 or further even though I have cancelled it! When I called this moring about the bbm amount I was told to fax my contract through as the lady did not believe me!!! When I ask to speak to a manager she hung up on me... NO further payments will be made after the 19 of January 2013 on this contract and expect a refund for the bbm and text message bundles I have been charged for. From a very good payer who no longer will be your client!
