Cancel Contract

I have a Straightup 200 contract with iPhone 5 for the last 4 months. I have been missing calls like crazy. Data throughput has been terrible with full 3g signal. I now had enough and want this contract cancelled. What is the procedure? If you don't accept it, I will just go to a higher level. I don't need someone to contact me as nobody could resolve the service in 4 months. i will just be happy with one solution - cancel the contract! I am very happy with the deal, but the service and this is not what I signed up fori end up with value that I pay for and cannot use! I also have another contract due for upgrade in August. This will also be cancelled and I will move to another provider. My wife cancelled her Vodacom contract on expiry to move to you in September. This move will also not happen! We have learned our lesson.

Note- during the 4 months, I always had a full 3G signal. For at least 1 month absolute no throughput. For the remainder, some throughput, but not concistent. It will work one minute and the net, zero, then work again. Not acceptable!
