BAD service, NO technical assistance, OVERcharging

I was contacted by a Mweb sales person, Ardley Jordaan, telling me about their great ADSL internet.
After running on their test username and password over a weekend... I've decided to move over to Mweb because the internet was faster.
That monday the 2nd of July, a technical person contacted me with my own username and password and that is where the nonsense started.
I phoned numerous times and spoke to numerous people without sorting out SLOW and inconsistent internet connections. Also when I signed up with my new username and password... my email started going crazy... it resent out of office replies from December 2012, etc.
I phoned the technical help desk about this also with NO help. They all said the problem is with Telkom and myself.
I cancelled the service on the 11th of July.
I had the service for 9 days!! and it only gave me a headache.

Then I heard back from the cancellations department that I'll be billed until the end of August 2013.

One of the things that Ardley specified on the recorded conversation was that there was NO CONTRACT if I got this service... but now MWEB wants me to pay for a service that I never used.
R391 in total!

Complete rip-off!
