I am so angry with Mweb, I can't contain it anymore!!
I started signing up with you guys around the end of October. Since then i had nothing but trouble.
I can never get hold of you and I hold on for hours, the guy that signed my up gave me the wrong username or password, my modem arrived more than a week late and I still couldn't use one bit of data.
I faxed you guys to change my password last week, still no feedback. I changed my username and password online and my internet still doesn't work.
I'm stopping my Mweb payment for this moth and not giving you a cent until someone at least makes a little time to try to assist me! I dont know what to do anymore, i have never been so frustrated with such absolute horrible service and support in my life!
Someone better contact me soon or help me I will lose it completely! Its costing me over a grand and i haven't even connected to the internet once! That's!
I will never recommend Mweb to anyone event if you have to pay a bit more somewhere else.
