INABILITY TO PROBLEM SOLVE FOR 3 MONTHS

I use a router called a mikrotik which is used for more advanced routing options and additional wireless interfaces etc. I dial up to ANY other ISP and i never have any problems but when I dialup to MWeb I get wrong username and password every 20 minutes for 5 to 10 minutes after which it's fine again.

Sometimes re-enabling my network interface or redialling helps but not even that is a consistent solution. I have spoken to endless techies about the problem and they have suggested I reconfigure the router and I even got a new username and password but the problem still continues.

Only happens with MWeb and I can't work like this anymore. I have threatened regardless of me loving everything else about their service I simply cannot get any use of it while browsing.

I can go on and on about how they have tried and failed but ultimately I expect someone with technical knowledge to get hold of me and sort this problem or I will have to cancel with MWeb.
