I submitted a form to do a transfer of a telephone line from one account to another, with signatures, ID copies etc all included as requested... 2 months later, the transfer has not even been noted, done or even mentioned on the system! As a result, the account it was supposed to be transfered from became arears, and my line got disconnected (as I was told this wouldn't take more than a few weeks, I paid the number on the account it was supposed to be transfered to)...
Realizing this, I called 808, and was told no transfer has been submitted. Now I am left with the mess of trying to get the arrears amount paid for with the credit that is in the other account, and meanwhile I am stranded with no network coverage!
