Standard bank refuse to let me access my funds

Good day
I have been battling to reach anybody that is able to assist me at Standard bank for weeks now. When i call the relevent departments the calls are either not answered, or I am put on hold for ages or put through from department to department. Same goes for emailing! Problem is I accidently transfered funds into my credit card account, which i do not even have the card for and have not used for years. I need that money to transfer into the correct account. I stay very far from a standard bank branch so getting there is very difficult. Anyway I put a days leave in for Friday 19 april to be able to go to a branch to collect funds however I am still battling to get a hold of someone that can tell me what i need to do. When i did eventually can a hold of someone I was told that I am in arrears on that account, however sitting with the updated statement infront of me I have a positive credit of exactly the sum I transfered and proof of transfer. Is there anyone at Standard bank that is able to give me a straight answer before Friday?
