I requested a transfer from Moreleta to Lynwood, they told me the trasfer amount is R395 and I paid that amount on the spot. This happened on 4 March 2013 and they stil haven't processed my transfer. I went to see the branch manager at Moreleta and he said he would sort it out and give me feed back within 48 hrs and he didn't. I called him after 5days and he told me that he was going to talk to the customer services manager. He sent me an email and now after 6 months and after I paid the transfer fee of R395 they tell me that I need to pay an additional R2827 to do the trasfer. I requested the trasfer before they introduced they're new system and I think it's unfair for them to action the transfer on the new system operations. I want the trasfer to be done because I was made to believe that I paid the full transfer fee or I would like a refund on the remaining 11 months of my contract.
