I paid my joshua doore account for two months via direct deposit through absa melkbosstrand and the clerk at the bank accidently put in the wrong account number which I can understand, we all make mistakes. After 3 months Joshua Doore realized that the money wasnt in my account and informed me after we sorted out the issue finding out that it was paid into head offices account jd richards bay phoned and requested the transfer into my account it has been two months now since that request and my installment is still in their account and not mine! they still havent done the transfer caause i mean really it takes over two months to do a simple money transfer from one account to another!!! now resulting in me having a bad name because people are too inadequate to do their jobs (which they are getting paid for) properly. I eventually phoned head office and the clerk "busy" with the transfer is now on training which means it will take for ever to do the transfer giving me even more bad credit!!! it would be amazing if the pathetic service from joshua doore will ever increase! would love to know when they are planning on fixing this! would love to stuff their account where the son dont shine
