UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I have 2 contracts with MTN for 4 phones; I spend about -R2000 per month on these contracts. The one Blackberry Curve 9360 has a problem with charging the battery, so my daughter took it to the MTN service center in Crown Mines for repairs as it is still under warranty. Guess what the same old story; the technician says that the phone is water damaged. Which is DEFINITELY ABSOLUTELY not the case. The repairs to the phone were rejected and the warranty is now no longer valid. The reference number for this phone is CMWIC3579824. Is this a trend with MTN to reject valid claims, and then to resort to blatant.

How is this possible that one person can have the same experience twice in a matter of a few weeks? I am not a dishonest person and now twice I am being called a!!! If I had an option today I will cancel all my contracts with MTN, this is how disheartened I feel about the service I have received from MTN. See previous MTN Reference number REQ:2362683.
