Excuses its all they have

I was due for an upgrade and i went into the branch to get it i also applied for a second contract for my wife. My phone was delivered a week before Christmas apparently there was a mix up they assured me in getting the second phone the first week of January its the 22nd. Every time i call they keep saying they will call me back in 48 hours but no one does. I called yesterday and was told a team leader is going to call me back up until now i have not received anything. Why do you have a business if no one is doing there job. I want that phone delivered today latest tomorrow. I pay religiously every month and this is the service I receive.
