Mismanaged upgrade

Dear Cell C,

I am only too delighted to have been a customer for 11 years and to be processing my upgrade with you. However, I am very suspect of how it has been handled. I initially upgraded to the iPhone 5 last week Wednesday. I changed the package to the Samsung S4 on Thursday morning as it had a better data package. The iPhone had been dispatched and I ensured it was returned. When I called in on Tuesday to track my Samsung S4 an agent said that it hadn't been requested. Zanele had to speak to her supervisor (why?). I asked for a tracking code and Zanele said she would sms it to me. Nothing. This morning suddenly my Samsung had been requested but there was no stock of the white- no one called to offer me the black and no one can say how long until you receive stock of the white.

My BIS has been deactivated, rendering my Blackberry quite useless. I was promised my phone by today or tomorrow. Please do the necessary to ensure this happens and I am given a tracking number.
