For the last few weeks we have been send around between all the Cell C branches in Port Elizabeth for a upgrade. Every week it is the same answer, they do not have stock of the LG L9 and Samsung S3 and will receive stock the following Thursday and Thursday come and again the same story. We have been with Cell C for almost 8 years and this is the service they offer us? This is beyond poor service and communication from Cell C. How can they be out of stock from the moment a new deal is released or it there something they are not sharing with the clients?
