I have gone to World Sound Electronics in Cavendish Glen to apply for a MTN TopUp 200 contract. It was approved by MTN. The service provider did not have any stock of the handset. I informed Thula that I would collect the Samsung Galaxy S3 on Friday the 12/07/13. It was late friday afternoon when I arrived to take collection of the handset. On saturday morning I handed the phone to my sisters son. As he switched the handset on it had a dark patch on the bottom left corner. He showed me this and I told him to take the handset back that same saturday morning the 13/07/13. On arrival Thula said he could not exchange this handset as it's a production fault and should not do any damage. On monday the 15/07/13 my sister called and said the dark patch is getting bigger. I told her to take the handset back. Tuesday the 16/07/13 my sister took the handset back where she was told that she should bring in the proof of purchase and the handset will be exchanged as its within the 7 days. When she got back she was told that the handset has to be send to the assessment centre as Thula claimed that I or my sisters son had dropped the handset. No handset but have to pay the contract. Please explain
