Request for immediate effect on billing my account

Hi there,
I trust you are doing great. I am being charged whenever i load airtime on various cases loosing my airtime on the sms being sent to me at cost of R10 per a sms and on several occasions i have lost R30 a day until when I stopped loading big a mounts on my phone. sms are coming from [URL Removed] and i don't remember putting my name there. My service provider MTN said to me it opera telkom which takes my airtime.
Can you kindly stop because am getting upset and its embarrassing loosing your airtime for no good reason.
