My SIM card stopped working because it seems to be worn. We know this because we put another sim in the dongle & it worked perfectly. Once switching sims I was I formed I had no data even though we had just bought 5 gigs a couple of days before for R349. We use this regularly on both our laptops and have another sim in my ipad. It usually last 10-14 days meaning we spend nearly R2000/month on pay as you go Internet I am therefore a valuable customer for nearly 2 years.
My sim hasn't been working since Fri 12/07/2013 yet according to the system it used up all my 5 gigs between 12am and 3 am this morning, it wasn't connected or working but even if it was we hav 7 gigs of night surfer that it would have used, not my data.
Monday mornings are my busiest day of the week, I do most of the work I get paid for on a Monday and cannot do without Internet. My micro sim from my ipad wouldn't work in the dongle even though it has a slot for it so we had to rush to Fourways to switch our sim, but it now has no data!!? At least Tawona in the store appreciate our frustration and didnt charge us for the sim. The only reason we use3G is they the telkom lines where we stay. Please call us!
