ITC listing despite full payment

In December 2012 I settled my account in full. I received a settlement amount, paid it, sent the proof of payment and received a confirmation email confirming the account is closed.

In July 2013 I found out I had been listed with ITC for non payment of an outstanding amount from Autopage, although the amount was settled in December the previous year!!!

I have now received a confirmation email from the same person again confirming the account is closed, but they will not remove the ITC listing.
