Irresponsible Billing On My Account

In June i paid my account in full and faxed proof of payment twice as per the request of the call center. Autopage suspended my line even though i made the payment and sent proof of payment. So the line was reinstated and i spoke to the people in accounts and they said it was fine to pay the normal installment i pay. But this month when i received my statement the amount outstanding was on the statement.
I am fed up with Autopage that i want to cancel all my contracts i have with them. Between my husband and I we have four contracts with them. And i want to cancel everyone of them. They are unprofessional and i will be publishing this in the local papers as well so others dont deal with this company further.
