An agreement was made that I will pay half of my closed account & autopage the other half because of their negligence. I payed my half & sent the proof of payment & asked for confirmation that my account is payed in full & that it is closed, but received nothing. Some time later I was phoned by Autopage to inform me of my outstanding account, but they had no knowledge of the arrangement, but did see the payment & want me to pay the other half as well. They said they will look into it & did not return after that. I have proof of all the arrangements and payments on e-mail. To speak to autopage over the phone is like talking to a rock. It's no use. I downloaded my Trans Union credit report just now & see that it shows my outstanding account at autopage for more than 9 months!!! I want a physical adress of the person who is going to respond to this so I can come see you in person since I refuse to leave the building before this issue is resolved! I also expect Autopage to sort out my credit scoring with Trans Union.
