Promised Voucher not materialising

Hello,

I have been an MWEB subscriber since July last year, and when I was contacted by the sales agent (Dean Heuwel) I was promised that on sign up I would get a R500 voucher to use at any store. (Any store).
After sign up I tried getting in touch with Dean but have not been successful.
Emails have remained unanswered.
