The have done it again

Autopage phoned me last week about an outstanding amount on my account. Why?

They have a debit order to take the monthly payment from my bank account! When I point it out to the lady (who was surprised by my answer???) she asked if it is OK if she debited the outstanding amount from my bank account that day. I gave her the permission to do it.

I just received a sms from Autopage saying that hey do not have a record of paying and I should pay the outstanding amount immediatly to avoid full suspension.

If Autopage is going to suspent my account because of their own stupidity then I will take it as a breach of my contract and I'll cancel my contract immediately without any further obligation to them.

I am sick and tired of poor service and administration by cellphone companies!!!
