Its been 3 weeks (17 working days excluding Saturdays) and I have not received an sms or email giving me any feedback whatsoever. I have tried alot of WIMAX service providers but unfortunately none of them cover my area, so ADSL is my only option.
I need my telkom line up and running asap. I have recently moved from Bloemfontein where I had a 10mb uncapped ADSL line with absolutely no issues. Why is it such a mission to get any internet access in Johannesburg of all places. The service is supposed to be better and faster here.
I have googled and asked around in my area and there is definitely Telkom access in the area. So why does it have to take so long??? I made another hellopeter complaint a while ago and Telkom asked me to send them an email with more details. I have still not heard anything from them. This is. Does telkom not care about any customer relationship?
Please contact me asap and send a technician out to my house.
