I have been trying to upgrade my account for the 2 months, I have called the contact centre several time and been to the Cresta Branch which I had to wait for almost and hour before I left without being helped. I was called back again last week and was told that I will be contacted once they have all the information to upgrade me to a corporate package, I again called so many departments today and received disgusting attitude from Thandeka Moloi. I first had problems getting my initial contract and now again mtn is doing it, I work for a call centre aswell but we sure as don't provide such low class customer service, I am paying a extra charge monthly on my contract due to my upgrade not being done. I should seriously consider another service provider this time
