It saddens me that this is not the first time i have complained on this forum about MTN.
Their disgusting attitude towards me and their complete unwillingness to assist, is a poor reflection on the type of brand that they are trying to promote.
I was told (1 month into my contract) that regardless of the fact that they currently offer a package (same prie/phone/etc but more data) they will not upgrade me because i stil had 23 months to go on my current contract.
As a customer, i am telling you i want an upgrade, yet you fail and refuse to assist me.
Your call centre (and specifically Lerato Mabilo) was rude and completely uninterested in assisting me.
Working for a large corporate i am forced to use MTN as a service provider (forced is the operative word).
If i had the choice, i would not.
Their service is disgusting, i constantly lose signal and have dropped calls and now that they have my money, they just sit back and take, without offering any assistance.
I will not hesitate to continue pushing my company in switching the entire staff compliment to a new service provider.
