I tried to return a Samsung Note cover (within 24 hours of purchasing it) but could not receive a refund. I was not advised about this policy by the time of my purchase, there was no sign at the counter where I stood and no note on the receipt. The manager it the shop told me to contact the service department, which I did. They phoned me back to say that I have to choose something else. I am not happy with this as the items they sell there is very specialized and there is nothing I need.
