So after assisting me last week and made arrangements for my problem to be resolved over the weekend I am still in the same situation. I am utterly disgusted with the manner in which I was treated by the Vodacom Repairs Shop in Cresta Shopping Centre yesterday. Can the CLO that assisted me last week please phone me urgently so that I can explain as to what happened as I am not going to type everything in a complaint once again.
