Mine & my son's BlackBerry went in for repairs 3 times last year in the space of 3-4 months. Finally Vodacom decided to give us "NEW" BlackBerry handsets. However both mine & my son's BlackBerry's still have the same problem they both initially went in for, which is it switches off even if the battery is fully charged. I refuse to pay my account until this problem is resolved once & for all.
