Charged when my contract was cancelled

My phone was on the 5th of January 2013. We blacklisted the SIM Card and eventually the phone. On the 12th of January I cancelled everything (my contract and downgrade) with Cell C in Cresta. We were told that our last bill would be at the end of February 2013.

Then when we received a bill for March 2013 for R107, I went to Cell C Cresta to sort it out. After calling the call centre about three times, they finally cancelled the contract (which had been on the system the whole time but was just never actioned) and I was told that we would not be debited for March.

However, the R107 went off our account for March 2013. I am extremely unhappy about this turn out. I went there personally to sort it out and have had many troubles getting them to cancel the contract and when they do, our account still gets debited? Unacceptable!

I like Cell C but this experience has made me very negative about their service quality.
