Contract not cancelled after 24 months

My contract period ran out end of January 2013. I phoned in December and January to confirm that the contract will be cancelled and both times I was told that everything has been put in place.

I received my bill this month and I am still being charged for a contract that expired a month ago.

Please have someone phone me and sort this mess out.
