I have reported 4 times that my voice mail is no longer working. Each time I hold for at least 4 minutes to get thru I repeat the same issue, they put me on hold for three to five minutes. I am told they have reset and I must restart my phone and guess what it does not work! I left a message with the CC operator for the supervisor to call me as the fourth attempt still didi not work. They were all busy and I was advised they would call me. Yes they tried twice but I was in a meeting. They could not leave a message as my voice mail is not working (sound familiar) they did not have the common sense to SMS me and the number is obviously only dial out as it comes back unavailable. I have been a loyal customer for about 12 years but I am gong to look at porting to Vodacom as my business is dependant on my clients being able to leave a message if thy can't get hold of me
