Migrating Expired Contract

Hi there,

I am so disappointed with 8ta Migration team, I have given notice a long time via the contact center which they advised that I can only cancel the contract and migrated to pre-paid at any 8ta or Telkom store which I did, I went to Maponya I filled all the forms, my number is still on contract yet the contract expired on the 18 Jan 2012...

8ta has given me more sorrow than joy in the 2yrs contract and I so glad that the contract is over but yet I am still been given problem.

I will make sure that my friends and family will never make the mistake I did of getting the contract from 8ta.

If 8ta can't convert my number to prepaid say so and I will leave in peace... if its a mission to migrate a number to prepaid one can't not imagine other customers frustration.
