I was going through my bank statement today only to find that Jabba Connect deducted their installment of R255. That was not part of the agreement, we agreed that they would deduct on the 1st of each month. I was now on the phone with Tracy and I demanded an explanation and to give back my money because I'm cancelling this contact with them as they are not honest
She told me that "I'm not the only customer and therefore I should not make demands". She also told me that they have a tracking devise that makes "early deductions". I want to cancel my contract with them. This is upsetting as I was not notified of such.
