BAD SERVICE UPGRADED TO INCOMPETENT AND MISLEADING

I wrote a complaint on POOR SERVICE on this supplier on 2/7/2013. (https:///vodacom/complaints/poor-service-1129330)

And the plot thickens - So eventually we got the phone to work with my wife's original pay as you go simcard. The one that was sent to me on Invoice Y1196728 dd 11 Jun 2013 does not work. (Unexplained of course because some slipped up somewhere and ignored my requests.
Today i tried to find out why all incoming calls showed "UNKNOWN". The operator says yes I can have the service for an additional R9.50 per month and asked me if I was made aware of this beforehand... THE ANSWER IS NO!
WHY IS THIS SERVICE AVAILABLE ON A R1 PAY AS YOU GO SIMCARD AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE?
VODACOM ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE! THE PRODUCT IS AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER IN THE MARKET. FIRE THE ONLINE SALES PEOPLE AS THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

VODACOM DO YOU KNOW THERE IS A CPA THAT PROTECTS CONSUMERS AGAINST SUCH DELIBERATE AND INCOMPETENT BEHAVIOR.
