My cell phone acc has been billed with R12.72 everyday for a service I did not subscribe to. When calling my provider they explained that the service was with Integrat. My Husband has contacted you in June and was Told that the service would be UNSUBSCRIBED and that he would get a refund. To date nothing has happened, and I get billed R12.72 twice a day (on certain days) We tried calling on numerous occasions and could not even get through. I dnt even know what the this service is or where the you got my details from.
All I want is FOR YOU TO CANCEL THIS SERVICE AND REFUND MY MONEY. TO DATE I HAVE PAID ALMOST R800 TO YOU... FOR WHAT? I HAVE NO IDEA!!!
