Apparently the laptop contract that I applied for this passed Saturday has long since been approved. However, after having to go to the shop everyday since Monday the incompetent staff have yet to manage to procure all the necessary hardware to finalise my purchase. Needless to say I am severely unhappy. On Monday nobody knew what was going on. On Tuesday I was told my contract was approved but they don't have stock of my laptop. On Wednesday they didn't have stock of my modem. On Thursday they didn't have stock of anything again. Do they perhaps need to receive stock of braincells? Surely there's roadkill that can make a donation! When you phone them nobody knows what's going on. I am going there this afternoon and if my order is not ready I will cancel the transaction.
