MY COMPANY HAS BEEN A CUSTOMER OF AUTOPAGE FOR THE PAST 18-19 YEARS SINCE THEY OPENED.
IT IS THE SINGLE MOST FRUSTRATING, STRESSFUL AND TIME WASTING EXERCISE WHEN I THE CUSTOMER ACTUALLY HAS TO INTERACT WITH AUTOPAGE. MY BLOOD BOILS WHENEVER I HAVE TO WASTE VALUABLE TIME SPEAKING TO THEM. NOTHING SIMPLY EVER GETS DONE AS THEY SAY WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM WHETHER IT IS AN UPGRADE, BILLING ISSUE, SIM UPGRADE OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS IT HAS NEVER BEEN A SIMPLE TRANSACTION.EACH TIME I HAVE HAD TO GO INTO HEAD OFFICE IN MIDRAND TO PHYSICALLY COMPLAIN BEFORE SOMEONE HIGH ENOUGH UP THE LADDER ACTUALLY GETS INVOLVED.AND THEN IT IS USUALLY FOR A MILLISECOND THAT THEY GET INVOLVED AND 2 MONTHS LATER WHEN THE ACCOUNT IS STILL NOT CORRECT AND YOU PHONE BACK TO SPEAK TO THAT SAME PERSON, THEY HAVE EITHER LEFT OR MOVED TO ANOTHER DEPTARTMENT.
I HAVE HAD NOT 1 BUT 2 HAIR PULLING FRUSTRATING ISSUES RECENTLY WITH AUOTPAGE. IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO GET A SIM CARD ACTIVATED OF WHICH I LOST VALUABLE BUSINESS. MORE RECENTLY IT TOOK 5 DAYS, 3 CALLS AND A VISIT TO GET VOICEMAIL SORTED. I AM STILL WAITING FOR OPERATIONS DIRECTOR TO PH ME BACK LEFT 3 MSGS
