False loan

I recently noticed when I checked my credit score that I supposedly have taken a loan from this company and I'm in arrears which is false because I have never taken a loan in my life nor have I ever been in contact with this company. Can I get an explanation on how this happened and how it can be fixed because I am confused aby this situation
