So nothing seems to amaze me with Autopage. They mess up my account details with the upgrade, I then cancel the upgrade and send the phone back in October, but on the 1/11/2013 after sending the phone back and cancelling the upgrade, they upgrade my package anyway. This is frustrating and annoying. Having to deal with a company with so many errors and not thorough enough. I am now billed R1080.47 for which most of the bill is for GPRS. I have never had such a high phonebill in my life. This is a complete ripp off. Please do not use Altech Autopage. this is day light. If you want a hole in your pocket and you want to pull out your hair, then I would suggest that you sign up with them. I have had my fair share and I am so done. You request for managers to contact you. but to no surprise, THEY DONT!!! You pay for service and service is not delivered. I have never in my life had such issues with any other service provider.
