The saga continues - Autopage call centre

I have done an upgrade on 11 April 2013. Eventually after numerous complaints and calls a phone was sent to me on 26 April 2013. However the phone does NOT work. I had to go to a store to purchase a new sim card. When speaking to the call centre they tell me however a sim card was sent and no phone. Everytime you log a request you get a sms back saying the request has been successfully resolved. This when NOBODY has even bothered to contact you. As Autopage is a national company you would think that the stores will be able to assist you, however you have to deal with cyberspace as you did the unthinkable to do an upgrade online.
I can not believe that you can speak to anybody that can actually tell you anything or do something. I just want to give this phone back and cancel my upgrade. After 15 years with Autopage enough is enough!!!
