I have dealt with Autopage a number of times of the past few years and been appalled by their service every time. This last issue is the last I will have from Autopage as I will never deal with them again. I have dealt with rude. uneducated, clueless customer service agents for the last time. Autopage is probably one of the most underhanded and corrupt companies in SA. That, however is for someone else to comment on. I'll just say that my wife has been dealing with Autopage after we recently immigrated to another country. We made a change of ownership on a ridiculously overpriced internet dongle involving all sorts of clauses we were not made aware of when signing up for the contract. We were assured by Autopage that contract had been moved into another person's name, however after moving to the new country we discovered we were still receiving ludicrous bills for the dongle which no longer belongs to us. After speaking to a number of useless customer care agents and sending through multiple copies of proof of change of ownership, we are still receiving no response. After tons of emails and calls sent Autopage just ignores. Autopage is pathetic and so are their reps.
