Still waiting for operations director to phone me

It is simply mind boggling that once again all Autopage can serve up is lip service.
After the first complaint I was contacted by 2 people who said that they would get the Operations Director to phone me back.
That was 2 weeks ago now and I am still waiting...
I rest my case as this is exactly what it is like when dealing with autopage.
It is quite disgusting when someone as high up as that does not bother to phone back a customer that has been with them for 19 years.
It is actually incredible... and goes to show that the culture of lip service actually runs down from the directors down to frontline staff.
I have a good mind to write an open letter in the press warning people about the corporate culture of autopage.

It is time to take my corporate business elsewhere
